This Privacy Policy describes how All Day ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the All Day mobile app and related services (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

We collect the information necessary to run the Service:

• Account information: name, phone number and/or email address, and organization/role, used to sign in and identify who is doing what within an organization.
• Task data: task titles, descriptions, and status, in English and/or Spanish.
• Completion photos: photos submitted by crew members as proof of task completion.
• Billing information: handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe — we do not store full payment card details ourselves.
• Device and usage information: basic technical information needed to operate and troubleshoot the app.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information to operate the Service: authenticating users, delivering and syncing task data, verifying task completion, processing subscription billing, and providing customer support.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the Service:

• Twilio — delivers phone verification codes via SMS.
• Resend — delivers email verification codes.
• Stripe — processes subscription payments.
• Cloudflare (R2) — stores completion photos.
• DeepL — provides English/Spanish translation of task content.
• Railway — hosts our backend infrastructure and database.

These providers are only authorized to use the data we share with them to perform services on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and task data for as long as an organization's account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legal, billing, or support purposes.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect information in transit and at rest, including encrypted connections (TLS) and access controls restricting data to the organization it belongs to.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting support@all-day.app. Requests may be subject to verification and to our need to retain certain information for legal or legitimate business purposes.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is a workplace tool intended for use by adults in a business context and is not directed to children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
