Cancellation & Refund Policy

Billing

All Day is billed monthly, per active seat, at $1/seat/month, in advance, through Stripe.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or by contacting support@all-day.app. When you cancel, your organization retains access to the Service through the end of the current paid billing period.

Refunds

Charges are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. We do not provide prorated refunds when a subscription is canceled mid-period.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@all-day.app and we'll look into it.
